Yes, the shoulder strap is detachable, offering flexibility in how you carry the bag.
Is the bag suitable for carrying a laptop?

How do I clean the bag?

Troubleshooting
Bag feels unstable or shifts during movement
Ensure the shoulder strap is tightened appropriately. For active use, attach and adjust the sternum strap for maximum stability.
Zipper is difficult to open or close
Check for any fabric caught in the zipper teeth. Gently pull the fabric away. Apply a small amount of wax or graphite lubricant to the zipper teeth if needed.
Water seeps through in heavy rain
While the bag is water-resistant, it is not waterproof. For very wet conditions, consider using a dry bag inside for sensitive items.
Reflective elements appear worn
This is normal wear and tear. Ensure the bag is kept clean to maintain visibility. For significant degradation, consider adding reflective tape.
