FAQs

Can I wear these in the snow?

These boots are not waterproof and are not designed for deep snow or heavy slush. Exposure to excessive moisture may damage the material.

Should I wear socks with these boots?

The sheepskin lining is designed to be worn against the skin to maximize the moisture-wicking and temperature-regulating benefits.

How do I know which outsole I have?

The outsole material is generally uniform for the specific batch, but both the sugarcane EVA and Treadlite options are designed for lightweight durability and traction.

Are these boots true to size?

The Classic Mini II typically fits true to size, but the sheepskin may feel snug initially before molding to your foot shape after a few wears.

What is the HERproject?

The HERproject is a collaborative initiative that partners with brands to empower and educate women working in global supply chains.

Troubleshooting

Boots have developed salt stains from winter roads

Use a specialized suede eraser or a light mixture of water and vinegar to gently dab the area, then let air dry naturally.

Sheepskin lining feels matted after long use

Use a soft brush to gently fluff the fibers and restore the original loft of the lining.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

To ensure the longevity of your boots, follow these care guidelines:

Initial Protection: Use a water and stain repellent spray suitable for suede or leather before your first wear.
Cleaning: Gently brush the surface with a soft-bristled brush to remove dust. For stains, use a specialized leather/suede cleaner applied sparingly.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight or artificial heat sources, which can cause the leather to crack.
Compatibility: These boots pair best with casual attire like leggings, jeans, or lounge wear. They are not intended for heavy-duty hiking or extreme weather conditions.
