The Trimits Amigurumi Whale Crochet Kit is an ideal starting point for absolute beginners who want to learn the art of 3D crochet. The kit provides everything needed to create a charming, rounded whale character, including a pre-started magic ring to eliminate the most challenging step for novices. While the kit is excellent for building confidence through its soft-grip hook and practice materials, users should be aware that the final project is intended as a decorative keepsake rather than a child's toy.

The whale is designed as a small 3D character, ideal for display as a collectible or desk ornament.
Use the practice test swatch to adjust your tension until the stitches look uniform before starting the whale body.
Refer to the included instructions and the QR code video for a visual walkthrough of the pre-started magic ring.
Work from the center of the yarn ball if possible, or wind the yarn into a loose cake before starting.
To begin your project, scan the QR code included in the packaging to access the supplemental video tutorials. Ensure your workspace is well-lit to clearly see the stitch definitions. Because this item is designed as a decorative keepsake, it is not suitable for machine washing. If the finished whale collects dust, it is best cleaned with a light dusting or by gently dabbing with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Ensure the piece is completely dry before returning it to display. Keep all small parts, such as plastic eyes if included, away from small children and pets.
