This woodstain has been specially formulated for smooth timber joinery such as doors, windows, fascia boards, cladding, and garden furniture. It provides a microporous satin finish that highlights the natural grain of the wood. It is beneficial for exterior joinery (hardwood or softwood) but can also be used on interior wood. Available in ready-mixed colours including clear, light oak, antique pine, redwood, walnut, mahogany, medium oak, jacobean oak, teak, ebony, pine, and rosewood. Ensure all surfaces are sound, clean, dry, and free from contaminants. Remove resins and natural oils with White Spirit. Rub down existing varnish with fine waterproof abrasive paper, rinse, and allow to dry. Treat previously untreated softwood with a suitable clear preserver. Avoid inhaling dust and wear a suitable face mask if dry sanding.
