Troubleshooting
Zip feels stiff or stuck
Do not force the zipper; check to ensure no fabric or internal stuffing is caught in the teeth of the zip before gently pulling.
Pleats appear flattened
Gently shake and reshape the border with your fingers; avoid ironing directly on the pleats as this may flatten the intended texture.
Pros and Cons

- High-quality woven floral pattern

Setup, Compatibility & Care
To keep your cushion looking its best, insert the cushion pad carefully through the hidden zip opening, ensuring the corners are fully filled to maintain the structural integrity of the pleated border. For cleaning, avoid aggressive machine washing, which could damage the pleated trim. Instead, spot clean when necessary or use a professional dry cleaning service for deep maintenance. Keep away from direct sunlight for extended periods to prevent potential fading of the rich organic colors.
