Yes, it is machine washable at 30 degrees Celsius.
It stands for Global Organic Textile Standard, ensuring the cotton is organic and processed under sustainable and ethical conditions.
It is designed as a light quilted layer, so it is best suited for transitional weather rather than deep winter freezing temperatures.
The buttons are natural coconut shells and are securely attached, but always monitor small children to prevent potential choking hazards if a button were to come loose.
It is recommended to air dry the jacket to prevent shrinkage and maintain the texture of the muslin fabric.
The jacket corresponds to standard UK children's sizing; the turn-up cuffs allow for minor size flexibility as your child grows.
Check the thread tension on the coconut buttons and reinforce with a simple stitch if necessary.
Gently pull the loose thread back through to the reverse side of the quilt to hide it from view.
To keep the Kite Ocean Bloom Quilted Jacket in top condition, machine wash at 30 degrees using a mild detergent. Avoid bleach or heavy tumble drying, as high heat may impact the longevity of the quilted fabric. The jacket is designed to pair well with everyday cotton trousers, leggings, or jeans, making it highly compatible with standard casual wardrobes. To preserve the buttons and fabric texture, air drying flat is recommended over mechanical drying.
