Troubleshooting

Duvet cover buttons are difficult to fasten.

Ensure the buttons and buttonholes are aligned correctly. If they feel stiff, a gentle pull while fastening can help. Avoid forcing them to prevent damage.

Pillowcase does not fit snugly.

The envelope closure is designed to tuck the pillow in. Ensure the pillow is centered and the flap is neatly folded to create a snug fit. For oversized pillows, consider a size up if available.

Fabric feels rough after washing.

Ensure you are following the recommended washing and drying instructions (gentle cycle, low heat tumble dry). Using fabric softener sparingly might help restore softness, but check care label recommendations.
