The UGG Lowmel Mule is a versatile hybrid designed for adults who need a seamless transition between the comfort of a slipper and the functionality of a trainer. Perfect for relaxed walks, coffee runs, or casual commutes, this mule features a plush lining and a durable suede upper for added warmth and style. Please note that the open-back design may not provide the same heel security as a full-coverage trainer, making it best suited for casual, low-impact activities.

The Lowmel Mule is best suited for casual, light activity. Because of the open-back design, it is not recommended for long-distance walking or strenuous exercise.
No, you should not machine wash these shoes. Use professional leather or suede cleaning products to maintain the material.
The interior is lined with UGGplush and sheepskin, which is designed to be comfortable against the skin, so socks are optional.
The suede upper is not waterproof. We recommend applying a protectant spray to help repel light moisture.
These are designed for an effortless look; you can wear them loose and open for a relaxed fit or adjust them slightly for a more secure feel.
Use a specialized suede brush to gently buff the nap of the material in one direction.
Since the style is designed to be worn loose, consider a loose knot or tucking the ends behind the tongue to maintain the aesthetic without the lace falling out.
To keep your Lowmel Mules in top condition, we recommend a few simple care steps. As the exterior is crafted from genuine suede, it is highly recommended to use a suede-specific water and stain repellent spray before first wear. To clean minor marks, use a soft-bristled suede brush to gently lift dirt. Avoid machine washing or submerging the shoes in water, as this can damage the suede and the plush lining. Store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to preserve the colour and material integrity.
