How should I clean the white textile upper?
Spot clean using a soft cloth and a mixture of mild soap and warm water. Avoid machine washing or drying.
Are these true to size?
The trainers feature a regular fit. Most users find their standard size works perfectly, though wearing the specific running socks you plan to use is recommended when trying them on.
Can I use these for gym workouts?
While they are optimized for running, their stable base makes them suitable for moderate gym work, though they are not designed for heavy lifting.
What is the primary benefit of the LIGHTSTRIKEPRO midsole?
It provides ultra-lightweight cushioning that helps return energy to your legs, keeping you faster for longer periods.
Troubleshooting
Laces coming undone during runs
Consider using a double knot or a runner's loop (lace lock) to increase friction and keep the tension secure.
Upper material appears slightly discolored
Gently clean with a specialized sneaker cleaning solution or mild soap, ensuring you rinse thoroughly without soaking the foam midsole.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Getting started with your trainers is straightforward. Simply loosen the laces fully before inserting your foot to prevent undue stress on the textile upper. The regular fit is designed to accommodate most foot shapes, but ensure the heel is firmly seated against the back of the shoe before tightening the laces for optimal stability.
To maintain the longevity of your Adizero trainers:
- Cleaning: Use a soft brush to remove loose dirt from the rubber outsole after runs.
- Spot Cleaning: If the white textile upper gets stained, use a mild detergent mixed with lukewarm water and a soft cloth to gently blot the area.
- Drying: Always air dry at room temperature. Avoid placing the shoes near heat sources like radiators, as this can damage the cushioning materials and glues.
- Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent discoloration of the white material.
