How do I adjust the fit of the sandals?
The sandals feature a front strap and a wrap-around ankle strap that can be adjusted for a snug and secure fit.
Are these sandals suitable for long walks?
While the moulded footbed offers comfort for extended wear, they are best suited for casual walking and everyday activities rather than strenuous or very long-distance trekking.
How should I clean my Nora sandals?
Wipe the faux leather upper with a slightly damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
What is the warranty period for these sandals?
Information regarding warranty is typically provided by the retailer at the point of sale. Please check with your retailer for specific warranty details.
Can I wear these sandals in wet conditions?
While the faux leather can be wiped clean if wet, these sandals are not designed for prolonged exposure to water. Allow them to air dry naturally if they become damp.
Are there other colours available in the Nora series?
The product information indicates a 'Brown' colour for this specific variant. Availability of other colours would depend on the retailer's stock.
Troubleshooting
Slipping heel
Ensure the ankle strap is securely fastened and adjusted for a snug fit. Check if the size is appropriate; a size too large can cause slipping.
Discomfort from footbed
Allow a break-in period of a few wears for the footbed to conform to your foot's shape. Ensure you are wearing the correct size.
Faux leather appears dull
Wipe gently with a slightly damp cloth. For minor scuffs, a very small amount of shoe polish designed for faux leather might be used sparingly, but test on an inconspicuous area first.
