Troubleshooting
Slippers feel slippery when wet
While designed to be non-slip, rubber can become slippery when extremely wet. Ensure the sole and the surface you are walking on are clear of excess water or debris. Gently pat the sole dry if needed.
Straps feel tight or uncomfortable
The straps are designed to mold to your foot over time. Wear them for short periods initially. If discomfort persists, ensure you have the correct size. Gentle stretching by hand might help, but avoid excessive force.
Discoloration or fading
Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, which can cause colors to fade. If exposed to chlorinated or salt water, rinse with fresh water after use.
