Product Information
Full details
The HEY DUDE Maui Breeze Flip Flop in Black (UK Size 5) is designed for adult women seeking a blend of comfort and casual style for warm weather. Its key benefit is the lightweight, plush feel, akin to walking on a yoga mat, making it ideal for everyday wear, beach trips, or poolside lounging. A potential caveat is that while designed for comfort, they may offer less arch support for extended periods of vigorous activity compared to specialized athletic footwear.

FAQs
Are these suitable for walking long distances?
While very comfortable for casual wear and short walks, they are designed primarily for comfort and ease of use rather than extended athletic performance or long-distance walking, which may require more structured footwear with advanced support.
Can I wear these in the shower or as shower shoes?
These flip flops are water-resistant and can be worn around wet areas like the pool. However, they are not intended as dedicated shower shoes and should be dried properly after getting wet to maintain their condition.
How do I clean the footbed?
Gently wipe the foam footbed with a damp cloth. Mild soap can be used sparingly if needed, followed by a thorough wipe with a clean damp cloth. Always air dry.
What material is the footbed made of?
The footbed is made of a soft, plush foam, often described as feeling like a 'yoga mat,' designed for maximum cushioning and comfort.
Do these flip flops come in other colors or sizes?
The HEY DUDE Maui Breeze series is available in various colors and a range of sizes. Please check the product listing for available options.
Are they machine washable?
No, these flip flops are not machine washable. Cleaning should be done by hand with a damp cloth.
Troubleshooting
Flip flops feel too tight or loose
Ensure you have selected the correct UK size. These are designed for a relaxed fit; if still uncomfortable, consider the sizing of other models or brands.
Slight initial stiffness
The foam footbed may require a short break-in period. Wear them for short durations initially to allow them to conform to your foot shape.
Slipping on wet surfaces
The outsole provides grip on dry surfaces. Exercise caution when walking on wet, smooth, or slippery surfaces, as with most flip-flop style footwear.
