Troubleshooting

Light does not turn on

Ensure the power supply is switched on and the circuit breaker is not tripped. Check all wiring connections are secure and that the bulb is correctly seated and functional.

Flickering light

This could indicate a loose bulb or a faulty connection. Check the bulb is screwed in tightly. If the issue persists, consult an electrician to inspect the wiring.

Reduced light output

Clean the glass panels as they may be covered in dust or residue. If using the frosted glass option, this is normal for diffused lighting.

Water ingress (in outdoor/bathroom use)

Verify that the IP44 rating is maintained. Ensure all seals and glass panels are correctly fitted. If water ingress is suspected, turn off power immediately and consult an electrician.
