FAQs
How long does it take to break in the Glendora sandals?
Most users find the sandals completely comfortable after one to two weeks of consistent, incremental wear.
Can I wear these for long walks?
The Glendora sandals are designed for general, everyday wear and comfort, though they are not specifically athletic footwear.
What should I do if the leather gets wet?
Gently blot the leather with a clean, dry cloth and let it air dry naturally at room temperature. Avoid direct sunlight or heaters.
Are these sandals waterproof?
No, they are made with leather and are not intended for use in water or heavy rain.
Do these provide better support than standard slides?
Yes, they feature Vio Motion Technology, which includes a deep heel cup and contoured arch support, providing significantly more structural support than standard slides.
Troubleshooting
Feeling discomfort or pressure in the arch
This is common during the initial break-in period. Gradually increase wear time over one to two weeks.
Sandals feel loose or slippy
Ensure your feet are clean and dry, as leather surfaces can become slippery when damp or when lotions are applied to the feet.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure the longest lifespan for your Vionic Glendora Sandals, follow these guidelines:
- Break-in period: Wear the sandals for only a few hours at a time during the first week to allow your feet to adjust to the orthotic alignment.
- Cleaning: Wipe the leather surfaces with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid submerging the sandals in water.
- Storage: Keep in a cool, dry place away from direct heat sources to prevent the leather from drying or cracking.
- Compatibility: These are intended for general casual wear and are not designed for athletic or water-based activities.
