Setup, Compatibility & Care
Installation
- Preparation: Ensure your case is compatible with a 360mm radiator. Gather the necessary tools: screwdriver, thermal paste (if not pre-applied), and the cooler components.
- Mounting: Install the appropriate brackets for your CPU socket (Intel or AMD). Mount the pump onto the CPU, ensuring even contact.
- Radiator Placement: Mount the radiator to your case, typically at the top or front, where there's space for the fans.
- Fan Connection: Connect the fans to the radiator and iCUE LINK hub.
- Software Installation: Install the CORSAIR iCUE software to customize lighting, monitor temperatures, and control fan speeds.
Compatibility
The cooler is compatible with:
- Intel: LGA 1851, LGA 1700, etc. Check the product specifications for a complete list.
- AMD: AM5, AM4, etc. Verify socket compatibility on the product packaging or website.
Make sure your case has enough space for the radiator and fans.
Care
- Cleaning: Regularly clean the radiator fins to remove dust and debris. Use compressed air for best results.
- Monitoring: Monitor coolant levels periodically if applicable (though this is an all-in-one unit and should not need this). Check for any leaks or unusual noises.
- Software Updates: Keep the iCUE software updated to ensure optimal performance and access to the latest features.
