How long is the leg length?
These tights feature a mid-thigh length that sits comfortably above the knee.
What material are these made from?
They are constructed from a durable, performance-focused polyester blend known as Toning Touch.
Does this product prevent chafing?
Yes, they feature a dedicated inner leg panel specifically included to reduce friction during cycling and running.
Troubleshooting
Fabric feels too tight or restrictive
Ensure you have selected the correct UK dress size; the slim-fit nature of this garment is intended to be compressive but should not hinder blood flow.
Waistband rolls down during movement
Check if the size is too large, causing the band to lose contact with the body. Ensure the waistband is pulled up fully before starting your activity.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure the longevity of your Casall Essential High Waist Bike Tights, follow these care guidelines:
- Washing: Machine wash at a cool temperature (usually 30-40 degrees Celsius) with like colors.
- Detergent: Avoid using fabric softeners, as they can break down the performance fibers in the Toning Touch material.
- Drying: Air dry whenever possible. Do not tumble dry, as high heat can compromise the elasticity and the shape-retaining properties of the fabric.
- Storage: Fold the tights rather than hanging them to prevent stretching the waistband elastic over time.
