The HKM Catherine Head Collar is designed for horse owners seeking a balance between refined style and practical equine handling. Featuring a durable satin finish and softopren lining, it provides long-lasting reliability and high-level comfort for your horse during grooming, transport, or stable time. While its sophisticated design is ideal for daily use, owners should ensure they keep the satin material clean from mud and debris to maintain its aesthetic appeal over time.

This collar is designed primarily for stable use, grooming, and transportation. It is not recommended for unsupervised turnout.
Use a soft brush to remove dried hair or sweat, or wipe down with a damp cloth if necessary.
We recommend hand washing to prevent damage to the buckles and to preserve the satin finish.
The headpiece is adjustable on both sides, allowing for a perfectly centered fit.
The collar is crafted from durable, high-quality satin fabric with softopren padding.
Ensure the buckles are free from grit or dried mud; clean the metal components if they become stiff.
Loosen both sides of the headpiece evenly and re-center the crown piece before tightening to ensure a symmetrical fit.
To achieve the best fit, start by loosening all straps before placing the collar on the horse. Once positioned, adjust the noseband first to ensure it sits correctly—usually two fingers' width below the cheekbone—followed by the headpiece straps to balance the crown piece evenly. For care, gently wipe the satin surface with a soft, damp cloth to remove dust. If the collar becomes heavily soiled, hand wash it in cool water with mild, horse-safe detergent and allow it to air dry completely away from direct sunlight to preserve the fabric's integrity.
