The Trespass Freda Hiking Trousers are designed for adult women who require a reliable and functional lower-body garment for outdoor trekking and walking. These trousers prioritize user comfort through an adjustable elasticated waist and provide practical storage solutions for trail essentials; however, users should note that they are specifically tailored for general hiking use rather than extreme mountaineering conditions.

The Freda trousers are designed for general hiking and comfort, but they do not feature specific waterproof ratings.
Refer to the available UK dress sizes (8 through 18) to match your standard clothing measurements.
They are suitable for general outdoor activities, but for extreme cold, you may need to layer them over thermal leggings.
The hand pockets are designed for everyday essentials, while the flap pockets offer extra security for slightly larger items.
The trousers feature an elasticated waistband for a secure, flexible fit during active movement.
Use a safety pin attached to the end of the drawstring to slowly feed it back through the channel from the outside.
Gently pull the surrounding fabric to redistribute the tension, then trim any loose threads with sharp scissors rather than pulling them.
To ensure your Freda trousers last through multiple seasons, always refer to the internal care label for specific temperature settings. Generally, wash with similar colors in a gentle cycle to maintain the fabric integrity. Because the trousers feature drawstrings, ensure these are loose before washing to prevent tangling. They are fully compatible with standard hiking boots and base layer leggings if extra warmth is needed. For best performance, store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight when not in use.
