FAQs

Are these sandals waterproof?

Yes, the fully molded Croslite construction is water-friendly and suitable for pools, beaches, and wet conditions.

Can I put Jibbitz charms on these?

Yes, the Crocband Cruiser is designed to be customizable with Jibbitz charms.

How do I clean my child's Crocs?

Rinse with water and a mild soap. For stubborn dirt, a soft sponge or cloth can be used.

Are they machine washable?

We recommend hand washing with cool water rather than using a machine to preserve the shape and strap integrity.

Is the sizing consistent with other Crocs?

They generally follow standard Crocs sizing, though the adjustable straps allow for more flexibility in fit compared to classic clogs.

Troubleshooting

Straps are not holding securely

Check the hook-and-loop fabric for lint or debris; use a small brush to clean the velcro surface so it can engage properly.

Footbed feels slippery when wet

Ensure the shoe is correctly sized; a secure adjustment of the heel strap usually resolves minor slipping.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Secure heel and ankle strap design prevents slipping
Lightweight and flexible for all-day comfort
Easy to clean after outdoor play
Adjustable straps accommodate different foot widths
Includes toe protection for active toddlers

Cons

Velcro straps may lose stickiness over time with heavy debris exposure
Requires manual adjustment to find the perfect fit
Not suitable for very formal occasions

Setup, Compatibility & Care

To ensure the best fit, adjust the dual hook-and-loop straps until the sandal feels snug but not restrictive around the ankle and top of the foot. For maintenance, these sandals are incredibly low-maintenance: simply rinse them with cool water and mild soap to remove sand, mud, or salt. Avoid leaving them in direct, intense sunlight for extended periods when not in use, as high heat can occasionally cause the material to warp. The sandals are compatible with standard-sized Jibbitz charms to allow for personalization.
