FAQs
Are these shoes machine washable?
It is recommended to clean them by hand using a damp cloth to protect the specialized foam technology.
Are the ON Cloud 6 Trainers suitable for running?
These are primarily designed as versatile trainers for all-day wear and light activities, rather than high-performance long-distance running.
Does the wider opening make the shoe feel loose?
No, the wider opening is designed for easy entry, while the lacing system still provides a secure and locked-in feel for your foot.
How should I store these trainers when not in use?
Store them in a well-ventilated, dry area away from direct sunlight to maintain the integrity of the materials.
Are these unisex?
Yes, the ON Cloud 6 is designed as a unisex model, offering a consistent fit for both men and women.
Troubleshooting
Feeling tightness in the midfoot area
Try adjusting the lacing pattern to be more relaxed or ensure you are wearing an appropriately thin athletic sock.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure your ON Cloud 6 Trainers maintain their performance, follow these care guidelines:
- Fit Check: Ensure you select the correct UK sizing, such as the 10.5, to allow for natural toe splay.
- Cleaning: Wipe down the grey exterior with a damp cloth and mild soap to remove dirt and dust. Avoid submerging in water or using harsh detergents.
- Air Drying: Always air dry your trainers away from direct heat sources, such as radiators, which can degrade the cushioning foam over time.
- Storage: Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight to prevent material discoloration and structural fatigue.
