FAQs

Is the cushion insert included?

No, this product is the cover only. You will need to provide your own cushion insert.

Can I wash this in a washing machine?

No, this cover is intended for hand-washing only to protect the velvet texture.

Can I use this on my patio furniture?

This product is designed exclusively for indoor use and may be damaged by outdoor elements.

How do I remove wrinkles from the velvet?

Avoid ironing directly on the velvet. You can use a garment steamer on a low setting or hang it in a steamy bathroom to let the moisture relax the fibers.

Is the zipper visible?

The cover features a discreet zipper design to maintain a seamless, elegant look on your furniture.

Troubleshooting

Zipper is stuck or hard to close

Ensure the cushion insert is not overstuffed and that no fabric is caught in the zipper teeth.

Velvet looks flattened or crushed

Gently steam the fabric from a distance or use a soft garment brush to lift the velvet fibers back into place.

Pros and Cons

Pros

  • Soft and luxurious velvet fabric texture
  • Easy-to-use zipper for quick cover changes
  • Sophisticated grey color fits diverse interior styles
  • Simple maintenance through hand-washing

Cons

  • Not suitable for outdoor furniture use
  • Requires hand-washing rather than machine cycles
  • Does not include a cushion insert

Setup, Compatibility & Care

To set up your cover, ensure your cushion insert matches the dimensions of the cover. Fold the insert slightly before sliding it through the zipper opening for a smooth fit. For long-term care, we recommend spot-cleaning when possible. If a full cleaning is necessary, submerge the cover in cool, soapy water, gently massage the fabric, and allow it to air dry flat to prevent wrinkles or texture damage. Do not bleach or tumble dry, as high heat can damage the velvet pile.
