Full details

How long does it take to break in the Vionic Darcy Sneakers?
It is recommended to wear them for a few hours each day for the first few days. Most users find their feet adapt within a week.
Are these shoes suitable for running?
The Darcy Sneaker is designed primarily for walking and everyday comfort. While they offer good support, they may not provide the specific cushioning and features required for high-impact running.
Can I remove the VIO MOTION footbed?
The VIO MOTION Technology footbed is built into the shoe and is generally not designed to be removed.
How do I clean the leather and mesh upper?
Wipe the upper with a damp cloth. Avoid soaking the shoes or using harsh cleaning agents.
What does the APMA Seal of Acceptance mean?
It means the American Podiatric Medical Association has found the product to be safe and beneficial for foot health.
Are these shoes waterproof?
The product description does not indicate that these shoes are waterproof. They are designed for general wear and may not offer protection against significant moisture.
What is the return policy if they don't fit or feel right?
Please refer to the specific retailer's return policy for details on exchanges or returns if the fit or comfort is not suitable.
Troubleshooting
Feet feel uncomfortable during initial wear
This is normal as your feet adapt to the VIO MOTION Technology. Gradually increase wear time over several days.
Arch support feels too pronounced
Continue wearing for a few more days to allow adaptation. If discomfort persists, consult product support or a podiatrist.
Shoes appear to be stretching out
Ensure you have the correct size. The leather may soften slightly with wear, but significant stretching might indicate an improper fit.
Difficulty slipping shoes on
Ensure your heel is fully back in the shoe. The design is a pull-on style, and a snug fit is intended for support.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Initial Wear: It is recommended to wear your new Vionic Darcy Sneakers for a few hours each day initially. This allows your feet to gradually adapt to the supportive footbed and biomechanical technology. Avoid wearing them for extended periods on the first few days.
Care Instructions:
- Cleaning the Leather and Mesh: For the leather and mesh upper, use a damp cloth to wipe away dirt and debris. Avoid harsh chemicals or soaking the shoes.
- Drying: If the shoes become wet, allow them to air dry naturally at room temperature. Do not use direct heat sources like radiators or hairdryers, as this can damage the materials.
- Insoles: The built-in VIO MOTION Technology footbed is not typically removable. For cleaning the interior, use a slightly damp cloth if needed.
Compatibility: These trainers are designed for women and are suitable for adult use. They are best suited for walking, casual wear, and activities where supportive footwear is beneficial.
