FAQs

Is this set suitable for taller individuals?

This set is specifically cut for petite frames (5ft 3in and under). Taller individuals may find the trouser length too short.

Can I put this set in the tumble dryer?

It is recommended to air-dry the garment to preserve the texture and fit. Excessive heat from a dryer may damage the polyester fibers.

Is the material stretchy?

Yes, the ribbed fabric and elasticated waist provide a comfortable amount of stretch for ease of movement.

How do I choose the right size?

The set follows standard women's sizing. Consult a size guide if you are unsure, but it is designed to have a relaxed, comfortable fit.

Can I wear the top and trousers separately?

Absolutely. The neutral ribbed style makes it easy to pair the top with jeans or the trousers with a fitted tee.

Troubleshooting

The trousers feel too long after washing

Ensure you are using a cool wash cycle and air-drying the set flat to prevent heat-induced shrinkage or stretching.

Fabric appears wrinkled

Use a light steam setting on your iron or a fabric steamer to gently release creases from the ribbed polyester.

Pros and Cons

Pros

  • Perfectly proportioned for petite frames
  • Easy-care, machine-washable material
  • Elasticated waist for superior comfort
  • Trendy, relaxed wide-leg silhouette

Cons

  • Polyester material may feel less breathable than natural fibers
  • Limited to casual and off-duty settings
  • Requires careful storage to prevent pilling of the ribbed texture

Setup, Compatibility & Care

To keep your PixieGirl set looking its best, ensure you follow the machine wash instructions on the garment label. Use a gentle cycle with similar colours to maintain the vibrancy of the blue dye and the integrity of the ribbed fabric. Avoid high-heat tumble drying, as this can affect the elasticity and texture of the polyester. When storing, fold the garments rather than hanging them to prevent the fabric from stretching out of its intended shape.
