The Under Armour UA Rival Lightweight Shorts are designed for adult males seeking comfortable, performance-oriented athletic wear. Their key benefit lies in their quick-drying, sweat-wicking French terry fabric, making them ideal for training or casual use. A potential caveat is the absence of a liner, which might not suit all preferences for athletic shorts. These shorts feature a smooth outer and soft inner, a stretchy waistband, and practical pockets for convenience.

These shorts are versatile and suitable for a range of activities including gym workouts, running, training, and casual wear. Their moisture-wicking properties make them ideal for moderate to intense exercise.
No, the Under Armour UA Rival LW Shorts do not come with an inner liner.
The inseam length for these shorts is 9 inches.
Machine wash cold with like colors, use non-chlorine bleach only if needed, tumble dry low, and do not iron or dry clean. Avoid fabric softeners.
They are made from 80% Cotton and 20% Polyester French Terry fabric.
While they are lightweight and moisture-wicking, the cotton blend might retain slightly more heat than pure synthetic materials. They are generally comfortable for warm weather activities but may feel warmer than 100% synthetic shorts in extreme heat.
These shorts are not designed for swimming. They are intended for athletic performance and casual wear, and the fabric composition is not optimized for prolonged water exposure or quick drying after swimming.
Ensure you are washing in cold water and tumble drying on low heat. Avoid high heat drying.
Use a safety pin to re-thread the drawcord through the waistband channel. Ensure it is re-inserted symmetrically.
This can occur with friction. Follow care instructions strictly, avoid harsh detergents, and wash with similar fabrics. Consider washing inside out.
Ensure the shorts are stored folded rather than hung to prevent excessive stretching. If slight stretching occurs, washing and low-heat drying can sometimes help restore shape.
These shorts require no setup as they are ready to wear upon purchase. They are compatible with standard athletic and casual wardrobes.
