The Nike Vomero 18 Trainers are designed for adult runners who prioritize long-lasting comfort and reliable responsiveness during their training sessions. These trainers provide a sophisticated blend of ZoomX and ReactX foam, making them an excellent choice for high-mileage runs, daily training, or recovery days, though they may feel slightly bulkier compared to lightweight racing flats.

Yes, they are excellent for long-distance training and marathons if you prefer a plush, highly cushioned ride over a stiff racing shoe.
While primarily for running, their stable base makes them suitable for moderate gym training, though they are not designed for heavy lifting.
Generally, running shoes should be replaced every 300 to 500 miles, depending on your running style and surface conditions.
No, the engineered mesh is designed for breathability rather than water resistance.
Yes, the Nike Vomero 18 typically fits true to size for most runners, though it is always recommended to allow for a thumb's width of space at the toe.
Yes, the stock insoles are removable if you prefer to use custom orthotics.
Adjust the lace tension and ensure you are using the top-most eyelet for a 'runner's loop' to secure the heel.
The foam properties may fluctuate in extreme cold; allow the shoes to reach room temperature before your run for optimal softness.
The engineered mesh is highly breathable but can let in fine dust; ensure you are wearing appropriate socks and clean the mesh after dusty runs.
To ensure the best experience, secure the laces using the integrated eyelets for a locked-in feel. The shoes are compatible with standard running socks, but moisture-wicking synthetic or wool blends are recommended to maximize the breathability of the mesh upper. For care, avoid machine washing or drying. Clean the exterior by wiping with a soft, damp cloth and mild soap. If the shoes become saturated, remove the insoles and stuff the shoes with paper towels to air dry in a well-ventilated area away from direct heat sources, which can damage the foam midsole.
