Portland 2 Shelf Bookcase - Black

Please refer to the product specifications or the assembly manual for exact dimensions. The product description outlines the adjustable shelf heights (22cm, 28.5cm, 35cm).

This model is designed with a fixed number of shelves. Adding extra shelves may compromise stability and is not recommended without consulting the manufacturer.

Due to its particle board construction and melamine finish, it is not recommended for high-moisture environments like bathrooms, as it can be susceptible to water damage.

Specific weight capacity per shelf is not provided, but it is designed for standard book and decorative item loads. Avoid overloading the shelves.

Assembly requires following the included step-by-step instruction manual. It typically involves attaching the sides, back, and shelves using provided hardware. It is recommended to have a Phillips head screwdriver.

Wall mounting hardware is not typically included with this model. For safety, especially in homes with children or pets, consider using an anti-tip kit (sold separately) to secure the bookcase to the wall.

This specific model is listed as Portland 2 Shelf Bookcase - Black. Other colour variants, such as White and Brown, may be available under different product listings.

Ensure all screws are tightened securely. Check that the bookcase is placed on a level surface. Verify that the back panel (if applicable) is correctly attached.

Ensure no weight is on the shelf. Check that the shelf pins are correctly aligned with the pre-drilled holes. Gently wiggle the shelf while adjusting.

Minor scratches may be difficult to repair on melamine surfaces. For deeper scratches, consider using a furniture repair marker or touch-up pen matching the colour. Avoid using abrasive cleaning tools.

Double-check all packaging materials. Contact customer support with the part number from the instruction manual to request replacements.
