Troubleshooting
Shoes feel loose over time
Wash the shoes in a machine on a gentle cycle to help the knit fibers tighten back to their original form.
Heel slipping while walking
Ensure that the internal Heel Pillow is not obstructed and that you are wearing an appropriate thickness of socks for your foot shape.
Pros and Cons
Pros
- Extremely easy to put on without using hands
- Breathable knit material keeps feet cool
- Highly comfortable Memory Foam cushioning
- Machine washable for easy maintenance
- Cruelty-free vegan construction
Cons
- Not intended for high-impact athletic training
- Stretch laces offer limited manual adjustment
- Knit material can show wear if snagged on rough surfaces
Setup, Compatibility & Care
These trainers require no "setup" beyond the initial fitting; the stretch laces provide a consistent tension that typically does not require tying. To maintain the shoes, you can machine wash them on a gentle cycle in cold water. Always air dry your shoes away from direct heat sources, such as radiators, to preserve the integrity of the Memory Foam and the structural shape of the heel. The shoes are designed for standard adult foot profiles, and the knit upper provides enough flexibility to accommodate minor variations in foot width.
