What does 'Contains non-textile parts of animal origin' mean?

Troubleshooting

Zipper is difficult to move

Ensure the fabric is not caught in the zipper teeth. Gently try to pull the fabric away while moving the zipper. Lubricate the zipper track with a graphite pencil lead if it feels stiff.

Jacket appears less puffy after washing

Down filling can clump after washing. Tumble dry on a low heat setting with clean tennis balls or dryer balls. This helps to break up clumps and restore the loft of the down.

Water resistance seems reduced

The water-resistant treatment may wear off over time. Consider using a specialized wash-in or spray-on water repellent suitable for technical outerwear, following the product's instructions.
