Nike Zoom Fly 6 - Trainers - Green - UK 12.5

While excellent for performance, beginners might prefer a shoe with more inherent stability or softer cushioning for their initial runs. However, if a beginner is focused on speed work or wants a responsive feel, these can be a good option after assessing their comfort.

The Zoom Fly 6 is specifically engineered for speed and responsiveness, often featuring a firmer foam and a more aggressive geometry compared to shoes designed for maximum cushioning or stability.

There should be about a thumb's width of space between your longest toe and the end of the shoe. The heel should feel secure without slipping, and the midfoot should feel snug but not constricting.

While the materials offer some resistance, these trainers are not waterproof. They can handle light rain or puddles, but prolonged exposure to water is not recommended. Ensure they dry completely afterwards.

Typically, running shoes like the Zoom Fly 6 are expected to last between 300-500 miles (480-800 km). This can vary based on your running form, weight, and the surfaces you run on.

No, the colorway is purely aesthetic and does not impact the shoe's performance, cushioning, or fit.

Ensure you have the correct size. Try wearing them with different types of running socks. Allow for a short break-in period as the materials adapt to your foot.

Running shoes have a finite lifespan. If significant mileage has been accumulated, the cushioning and responsiveness may naturally decrease. Consider replacing the shoes after 300-500 miles (480-800 km) of use.

Excessive wear can be due to running surface or gait. If wear is uneven, it might indicate a need for gait analysis. For general wear, ensure you are using them primarily on roads or approved surfaces.
