Troubleshooting

Assembly is difficult or parts do not align.

Ensure you are following the step-by-step instructions carefully. Double-check that all parts are oriented correctly before securing them. If issues persist, contact customer support for clarification or replacement parts.

The wood appears dry or dull.

The hand-waxed finish may require reapplication over time. Use a good quality furniture wax suitable for pine to restore its sheen and protection. Apply thinly and buff off excess.

Minor scratches or dents are visible.

These are natural characteristics of solid pine and contribute to its rustic appeal. For deeper scratches, you can try a pine repair crayon or wax stick. Light sanding and re-waxing might also be an option for significant damage, but test on an inconspicuous area first.
