The Merrell Hut Moc 2 is designed for adult males seeking a versatile, packable shoe for travel and light outdoor activities. Its key benefit is its innovative zip-and-clip system for easy packing and transport, combined with comfortable, durable construction. A potential caveat is its suitability primarily for casual wear and light trails, not strenuous hiking.

The zip and clip system allows you to secure your Hut Moc 2 shoes together and easily attach them to the outside of your backpack, saving space inside and keeping them accessible.
The Hut Moc 2 is best suited for casual wear, travel, and light trails. For long-distance or strenuous hiking, dedicated hiking boots or shoes with more support and robust construction are recommended.
Merrell Hut Moc 2 uses UK adult foot sizing. Refer to a standard UK shoe size chart to find your equivalent size based on your foot measurements.
The shoes feature a durable nylon ripstop upper, a mesh-wrapped integrated EVA foam insole, a FloatPro™ Foam midsole, and a grade EVA outsole.
While the EVA outsole offers some grip, the shoes are not waterproof. They are best suited for dry to damp conditions. Avoid prolonged exposure to heavy rain.
The integrated EVA foam insole can be cleaned with a damp cloth and mild soap. Ensure it is fully air-dried before wearing.
Ensure you have selected the correct UK size. The shoes may require a short break-in period. Try wearing them with thin socks initially.
Gently move the zipper up and down a few times. If it persists, a small amount of silicone-based lubricant can help smooth the action.
Clean the outsole thoroughly to remove any accumulated dirt or debris that might be affecting grip. Note that EVA outsoles perform best on dry to moderately damp surfaces.
Setup: The Merrell Hut Moc 2 requires no complex setup. Simply remove from packaging and wear. The zip and clip feature is integrated for immediate use when packing.
Compatibility: These shoes are designed for adult males. They are compatible with most standard backpack strap systems via their clip feature. Sizing is based on UK adult foot sizes.
Care: To clean the Hut Moc 2, use a damp cloth to wipe away dirt and debris. For deeper cleaning, hand wash with mild soap and cold water. Allow to air dry completely away from direct heat. Avoid machine washing or drying, as this can damage the materials and construction.
