Troubleshooting
Drawers are difficult to open or close.
Ensure the chest is on a level surface. Check that drawer slides are correctly aligned and free of debris. If newly assembled, ensure all screws are tightened appropriately, but not over-tightened, which could warp the frame.
Chest is wobbly or unstable.
Verify that all assembly screws and connectors are securely fastened. Check if the chest is placed on an even floor. Use any included anti-tip hardware to secure the unit to the wall for added stability.
Painted finish shows marks or scratches.
Use a soft, damp cloth for cleaning. For minor marks, try a very mild soap solution. Avoid abrasive materials. For deeper scratches, consult the manufacturer for potential touch-up paint solutions.
Missing parts during assembly.
Carefully check all packaging materials. If parts are confirmed missing, contact the retailer or Solace+Co customer support with the product details and required part number.
