Troubleshooting
Panel does not hang straight
Ensure the curtain pole is level and the ties are evenly spaced. Check for any kinks in the fabric from packaging.
Fading or discoloration
Avoid direct, prolonged sunlight exposure where possible, or consider using blinds to supplement light protection. Ensure washing is done with cold water as per instructions.
Shrinkage after washing
Ensure you are strictly following the 'Hand Wash Only' and 'Line dry only' instructions. Avoid hot water or machine drying.
Wrinkles are difficult to remove
Iron on a low heat setting while the fabric is slightly damp. Hanging the panel immediately after ironing can help prevent new wrinkles.
