Troubleshooting
The clock hands are not moving
Check that the battery is inserted correctly and verify the battery is fresh.
Hands are catching on each other
Ensure the clock is hanging perfectly level on the wall and gently adjust the hands so they do not touch.
Clock is losing time
Replace the battery with a high-quality alkaline battery, as low voltage often causes slow timekeeping.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
To set up your clock, insert the required battery into the rear movement compartment, ensuring proper polarity. Use a sturdy nail or screw with a wall plug suitable for your wall type to hang the clock safely. Because of the 36cm diameter, ensure the wall area is clear of obstructions. To clean, use a soft, dry microfiber cloth to remove dust. Avoid using harsh chemical cleaners or abrasive materials on the distressed surface, as these may damage the intended vintage effect.
