FAQs

Are these sandals true to size?

They generally fit true to size, but because they feature a narrow last, those with wider feet may find them restrictive.

Can these be worn in water?

These are not water shoes. Prolonged exposure to moisture can damage the leather and the cushioning materials.

How do I clean the white leather?

Use a damp, soft cloth to gently wipe the surface. For tougher marks, use a specialized leather cleaner approved for delicate finishes.

What is the benefit of the flatform design?

The flatform provides a boost in height and a modern look while maintaining the ergonomic benefits of the Fitflop midsole.

Are the straps adjustable?

Yes, both top bars feature adjustable touch fastenings for a secure, customized fit.

Troubleshooting

Straps feel too tight or loose

Adjust the touch-fastening closures located on both bars to achieve a customized fit across the midfoot.

Foot slipping within the sandal

Ensure the straps are tightened securely and that your foot is not exceeding the width limits of the narrow last design.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Superior triple-density cushioning for all-day comfort
Fully adjustable straps accommodate different foot volumes
Lightweight construction reduces foot fatigue
Stylish flatform design adds height without sacrificing stability

Cons

The narrow last construction may not fit all foot shapes comfortably
White material requires frequent cleaning to maintain appearance
Limited to casual or semi-casual wear scenarios

Setup, Compatibility & Care

To ensure the best fit, utilize the touch-fastening straps to adjust the tension across the top of your foot. Since these sandals use a narrow last, it is recommended to ensure your foot sits securely centered on the footbed. Regarding care, wipe the leather straps down with a soft, damp cloth after each wear to remove dust or debris. Avoid submerging the sandals in water or using harsh chemical cleaners, as this can degrade the leather finish and the structural integrity of the midsole.
