Minor scratches can often be buffed out gently with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth. For deeper scratches or more noticeable scuffs, consult a professional leather repair specialist or use a leather scratch repair product specifically designed for the leather type. Always test any product on an inconspicuous area first.
Adjust the strap length until the bag sits comfortably at your hip or waist level. Ensure the weight distribution inside the bag is even, avoiding heavy items concentrated in one spot. Avoid over-stuffing the bag, as this can make it heavier and less comfortable.
Clean the bag as described in the care section. Once dry, apply a quality leather conditioner following the product's instructions to moisturize and restore the leather's natural luster. This can also help in evening out minor discolorations caused by drying.
