Troubleshooting

Figure joints are stiff or difficult to move

Gently try to move the joints back and forth a few times. If still stiff, a very gentle application of warm (not hot) water to the joint area may help loosen it. Avoid forcing the joints, which could cause breakage.

Removable hat doesn't stay on Jessie's head

Ensure the hat is aligned correctly with the peg on Jessie's head. If it feels loose, check for any manufacturing defects. Sometimes a very small amount of temporary adhesive putty can help secure it.

Paint seems to be chipping or scratching

Handle the figures with care during play and posing. Avoid rough handling or contact with abrasive surfaces. For minor chips, a touch-up paint pen in the appropriate color might be used sparingly by adult collectors.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Highly detailed and screen-accurate character designs.
Multiple points of articulation for engaging play and posing.
Accurate scale between Jessie and Bullseye enhances realism.

Encourages imaginative play and storytelling.
Ideal for both children and Toy Story collectors.

Cons

Colors and decorations may vary from product images.
Smaller parts (hat) could be a choking hazard for very young children.
Articulation points might be stiff on some figures.
Requires user to manually pose figures for desired action scenes.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Setup: These figures are ready for play straight out of the box. Simply remove them from the packaging. Jessie's hat can be placed on or removed from her head as desired.

Compatibility: The figures are designed to be compatible with other characters in the Disney Pixar Toy Story 5 action figure line. They are intended for display and play with other similarly scaled toys.

Care: To maintain the figures' appearance and function, clean them periodically with a slightly damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, as these can damage the paint and plastic. Ensure all parts, especially small accessories like Jessie's hat, are stored safely when not in use.
