Setup, Compatibility & Care
As this is a premium wool garment, proper care is essential to extend its lifespan. Always hang the coat on a wide-shouldered wooden or padded hanger to prevent the fabric from stretching or losing its shape at the shoulder seams. Avoid using thin wire hangers. For maintenance, never attempt to machine wash the coat; it is strictly intended for professional dry cleaning. If the coat gets wet from light rain, shake off excess moisture and hang it to dry naturally in a well-ventilated area, away from direct heat sources like radiators, which can warp or shrink the wool fibers. Should wrinkles occur, use a garment steamer on a low setting, keeping the nozzle a few inches away from the wool to avoid scorching.
