FAQs

What is FlashDry technology?

FlashDry is a fabric technology designed by The North Face to wick away moisture and help keep you dry and comfortable.

Are these shorts suitable for all weather conditions?

These shorts are best suited for warmer weather and active use. For colder weather, consider layering with thermal leggings.

How do I measure my child for the correct size?

Measure your child's waist and refer to The North Face's size chart for children's UK sizes. Ensure you measure accurately for the best fit.

Where is the media pocket located?

The media pocket is located on the right side of the shorts.

Can I use fabric softener when washing these shorts?

It is not recommended to use fabric softener as it can reduce the effectiveness of the FlashDry technology.

How should I store these shorts?

Store the shorts in a clean, dry place. Avoid storing them in direct sunlight or damp environments.

Troubleshooting

Shorts feel too tight around the waist.

Check the size chart and ensure you've selected the correct size based on your child's measurements. Consider going up a size for a more relaxed fit.
