FAQs

Is the ProGrid Omni 9 good for running?

While it features performance technology, this is a heritage lifestyle shoe best suited for walking and daily wear rather than distance running.

How do I determine my size?

The ProGrid Omni 9 uses standard UK sizing; refer to your size in other Saucony models for a consistent fit.

Are these shoes machine washable?

No, machine washing can damage the materials and glue, compromising the life of the shoe. Use hand cleaning methods only.

Does this model work for both men and women?

Yes, it is designed as a unisex trainer with sizing profiles that cater to both, provided you select the appropriate UK size conversion.

Can I replace the insoles?

Yes, the stock insoles are removable and can be replaced with custom orthotics if preferred.

Troubleshooting

Sensation of the fit being too snug

Try adjusting the lacing pattern to a looser tension, or remove the factory insole to check if the interior is clear of debris.

Visible scuffs on the upper materials

Use a specialized sneaker eraser for synthetic overlays or a damp microfiber cloth for mesh areas to gently lift surface marks.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

To ensure your Saucony trainers last, follow these maintenance tips:

Fit Check: Ensure you select your standard UK sizing for the best fit, as the Omni 9 follows traditional Saucony sizing profiles.
Surface Cleaning: Use a soft-bristled brush to remove dry dirt from the mesh and synthetic overlays.
Stain Removal: For deeper stains, use a mild soap and a damp cloth; avoid machine washing, which can degrade the integrity of the cushioning materials.
Air Dry: Always air dry at room temperature away from direct heat sources to prevent material warping.
