Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure your trainers maintain their look and feel, follow these guidelines:
- Break-in Period: Because of the structured leather and nubuck construction, allow for a short break-in period where you wear them for short intervals to allow the materials to adapt to your foot shape.
- Cleaning: Use a specialized soft-bristled brush to gently remove surface dirt from the pigskin nubuck. Avoid submerging the shoes in water or using harsh chemical cleaners, as these can damage the texture.
- Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent color fading of the blue upper.
- Lace Maintenance: The standard lace closure can be adjusted to customize the tension across the midfoot; ensure you do not overtighten to avoid stressing the leather eyelets.
