A 1.7 tog rating indicates that the blanket provides a high level of thermal resistance, making it significantly warmer than a standard decorative throw.
It is recommended to air dry the blanket. If you must use a dryer, choose a low heat setting to prevent damaging the fleece texture.
The blanket measures 180 x 200 cm, which is large enough to cover a standard bed or wrap comfortably around an adult.
The blanket is designed to be substantial enough to hold heat, but it is made from lightweight synthetic fleece, ensuring it is not cumbersome.
The Heatweaver fleece is designed to be soft and non-irritating, though individual sensitivities to synthetic fabrics may vary.
It comes in a presentation box, which serves as an excellent storage solution when the blanket is not in use.
Avoid using fabric softeners during the wash cycle, as they can coat the fibers and flatten the pile.
Lightly mist the blanket with water or use a static-eliminating spray to reduce friction caused by low humidity.
This blanket requires no setup; simply remove it from its gift box and it is ready for use. It is compatible with all standard home bedding arrangements. To maintain the integrity of the Heatweaver fibers, it is recommended to machine wash on a gentle cycle. Avoid using high-heat tumble drying, as this can degrade the synthetic fleece fibers and reduce the loft and softness of the material. Air drying is the preferred method to ensure the longevity of the thermal properties.
