The upper part of the shoes is made of faux suede.

The heel height is between 7 and 9 cm (approximately 2.75 to 3.5 inches).

Yes, the wide fit and block heel are designed for enhanced comfort, making them suitable for all-day wear.

Gently wipe the faux suede with a soft, slightly damp cloth to remove dirt and dust. Avoid harsh chemicals and excessive moisture.

It is recommended to avoid wearing the shoes in heavy rain. The faux suede material can be damaged by excessive water exposure. Use a protectant spray for water resistance.

The material of the ankle strap is designed to match the overall aesthetic of the shoe. The specific material will be mentioned on the product information.

Ensure you have selected the correct UK size and consider wearing them with thin socks initially to allow the material to stretch slightly. If the issue persists, consider a shoe stretcher or consulting a shoe repair specialist.

Adjust the buckle on the ankle strap to find the most comfortable and secure fit. The strap should be snug without being constricting.

Ensure that the heel caps are in good condition. If they are worn or damaged, replace them to restore stability. Walk on even surfaces and avoid uneven terrain.
