FAQs
Are these boots suitable for artificial grass?
These boots feature a specialist soleplate; check your specific model's plate type to ensure it matches the playing surface, as some are optimized strictly for natural grass.
How should I clean my Tiempo boots?
Use a soft brush to remove surface dirt and a damp cloth for deeper cleaning. Never machine wash or tumble dry them.
Will the material stretch over time?
The upper is designed to be responsive; while it will conform to your foot shape through wear, it is designed to retain its structure for long-term support.
Can these be used by both men and women?
While listed under male adult sizing, the design can be worn by anyone provided the size fits correctly.
How long should a pair of Tiempo Academy boots last?
Longevity depends on frequency of play and maintenance, but with proper cleaning and care, they are built to withstand a full season of regular use.
Troubleshooting
Boots feeling too stiff initially
Wear them during light training sessions to gradually break in the upper material before using them in competitive matches.
Loss of traction on the pitch
Check the soleplate for any stuck mud or debris and clean the studs thoroughly after every match.
Accumulation of odors
Remove the insoles after play to allow for better airflow and consider using an antibacterial spray designed for sports footwear.

Care instructions:
- After each use, remove loose dirt or mud with a soft-bristled brush.
- Wipe the boots down with a damp cloth and mild soap if necessary.
- Always allow them to air dry naturally, avoiding direct heat sources like radiators or sunlight, as this can degrade the upper materials.
- Stuffing the boots with newspaper can help maintain their shape and absorb internal moisture overnight.
