Troubleshooting

Water seeping through the base

Ensure the vase is placed on a stable, level surface. While designed to be waterproof, excessive tilting or stress on the stoneware could potentially cause minor seepage over time. Check for any visible cracks. If a crack is present, consider using a waterproof sealant on the interior or placing a tray underneath.

Scuff marks on the vase exterior

Gently wipe the affected area with a soft, damp cloth. For more stubborn marks, a very mild, non-abrasive soap solution can be used, followed by a thorough rinse with a clean, damp cloth. Always dry with a soft, lint-free cloth.

Slight color variation from advertised image

This is normal due to the handmade finishing process and the natural variations in stoneware materials. Each vase is unique, and these subtle differences contribute to its artisanal appeal.
