Troubleshooting

Sonos Move 2 won't turn on or charge.

Ensure the Wireless Charging Base is securely plugged into a working power outlet. Verify the speaker is correctly seated on the base, and that the charging pins align. Try a different power outlet to rule out an issue with the original one.

Poor sound quality or distorted audio.

Check the speaker's placement; ensure it's not obstructed. Allow Trueplay to automatically adapt the sound to its environment. If outdoors, make sure no physical barriers are interfering. In the Sonos app, check for any EQ settings that might be incorrectly applied. Ensure the audio source is of good quality.

Difficulty connecting to WiFi or Bluetooth.

For WiFi, ensure your router is on and the Sonos app is updated. Try restarting your router and the Move 2. For Bluetooth, ensure the speaker is in pairing mode (blue flashing light) and no other device is currently connected. Move the speaker closer to your Bluetooth source device to improve signal strength.

Speaker not responding to touch controls or voice commands.

Ensure the speaker is powered on and not in a low-power state. Check if the microphone is muted (if using voice control). A quick restart of the speaker by removing it from the base for a few seconds can often resolve minor software glitches.
