Can I use these for long-distance running?
While they provide great support and cushioning, they are designed as lifestyle trainers based on 2007 technology, so they are best suited for walking and casual activities rather than competitive running.
How do I maintain the beige colourway?

Does this shoe provide arch support?
Yes, the Progrid Omni 9 is known for its supportive construction, which provides moderate arch support suitable for most foot types.
What is the primary material of the upper?
The upper consists of a mix of synthetic materials and mesh, designed for durability and breathability.
Are the insoles removable?
Yes, the factory insoles are removable, allowing for the insertion of personalized orthotics if needed.
Troubleshooting
Feeling of stiffness in the midsole
The Progrid system is engineered for structure; ensure you are wearing appropriate athletic socks and allow the shoes to break in over 3-5 days of consistent use.
Accumulation of debris in the tread
Use a specialized sneaker brush or a dry toothbrush to dislodge pebbles or dirt from the textured outsole after use to maintain traction.
Upper material showing light scuffs
Gently buff the affected area with a soft, clean eraser or a damp microfiber cloth to remove surface marks.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure your Saucony Progrid Omni 9 trainers last, proper care is essential.
- Break-in period: Wear them around the house for a few days to allow the cushioning to adapt to your foot shape.
- Cleaning: Use a soft-bristle brush to remove dry dirt from the outsole. For the upper materials, spot clean with a mild soap solution and a damp cloth; avoid submerging them in water or using a washing machine, as this can degrade the glues and materials.
- Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent the midsole foam from hardening or the colors from fading.
- Insoles: The provided insoles are designed for optimal comfort; if you require custom orthotics, ensure they are compatible with the depth of the shoe before replacing the factory footbeds.
