FAQs
Are these shoes suitable for running?
While they offer impact protection, they are specifically designed for gym training and short sprints, not for distance running.
Can I use these for lateral training?
Yes, the multi-directional traction pattern is specifically designed to provide stability during lateral movements.
How do I clean the mesh upper?
Use a damp cloth with a mild detergent and gently dab the stained area; avoid scrubbing harshly to prevent pilling.
Does the shoe provide arch support?
The design features a supportive midsole that offers a balanced level of arch support suitable for most neutral foot types during exercise.
Is the sizing consistent with other trainers?
Yes, they generally follow standard UK sizing, but always check the size guide for your specific fit.
Troubleshooting
Feeling instability during heavy lifts
Ensure the laces are securely tightened to lock the foot in place, as a loose fit can reduce the stability of the midsole.
Accumulation of debris in the sole
Periodically remove small stones or debris from the CloudTec elements using a blunt tool to maintain optimal traction.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure your Cloudpulse Next trainers remain in top condition, follow these guidelines:
- Fit: Ensure you have selected the correct UK size for your foot shape to maximize the benefit of the engineered mesh upper.
- Cleaning: Hand wash with mild soap and a soft brush. Do not machine wash, as this may damage the CloudTec cushioning components.
- Drying: Air dry away from direct heat sources, such as radiators, to prevent the upper material from warping.
- Storage: Store in a cool, dry place to maintain the integrity of the foam cushioning over time.
