Product Information

Full details

The Faith Cadence platform heels are designed for adults seeking a sophisticated and bold footwear choice for formal events, weddings, or evening functions. These satin-finished shoes provide a striking, dramatic silhouette through their high heel and chunky platform, balancing aesthetic impact with added stability. While the cushioned footbed enhances comfort, users should note the significant heel height, which may require adjustment for those unaccustomed to wearing high-stiletto styles for extended periods.

FAQs

Are these heels suitable for all-day wear?

The cushioned footbed and platform help, but because the heel is over 9.5cm, they are best suited for events where you can sit occasionally.

How do I clean the satin material?

Use a soft, dry cloth for dust. Avoid harsh chemicals as they can stain or ruin the satin sheen.

Does the white satin stain easily?

Yes, light-colored satin can be susceptible to stains. Using a fabric protector spray before your first wear is highly recommended.

Is this shoe true to size?

Yes, they follow standard UK sizing conventions for adult women.

Can I wear these for outdoor weddings?

They are suitable for formal outdoor settings, but use caution on soft grass or uneven surfaces where the heel might sink.

Troubleshooting

Satin fabric showing minor surface dirt

Gently buff with a soft, clean cloth or a specialist satin cleaning sponge.

Feeling instability due to height

Ensure you are walking with a heel-to-toe strike and utilize the platform for better balance support.

Slippery soles on smooth surfaces

Lightly scuff the bottom of the soles with fine-grit sandpaper or wear them on a carpeted surface briefly to create traction.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Sophisticated satin finish suitable for formal dress codes
Chunky platform improves stability despite the high heel
Cushioned footbed reduces pressure on the ball of the foot
Closed-toe design offers a timeless and professional silhouette
Versatile styling options for midi dresses or tailored trousers

Cons

High heel height of over 9.5cm may cause fatigue for some users
Satin material can be delicate and prone to scuffs or stains
Not intended for heavy outdoor use or rugged terrain
Limited stretch compared to leather alternatives

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Compatibility: These heels are available in various UK sizes. Ensure you check the fit with your preferred hosiery to guarantee comfort. The closed-toe design is standard, so if you are between sizes, consider the specific needs of your foot width.

Care Instructions:

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, which can fade the satin color over time.
Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to gently wipe away surface dust. For minor marks on the satin, a specialized satin cleaner or a very lightly dampened soft cloth may be used; always test on an inconspicuous area first.
Protection: Consider using a fabric-safe water and stain repellent spray before the first wear to protect the satin from accidental spills.
