Setup, Compatibility & Care Instructions
Setup: The Brooks Glycerin Max 2 requires no specific setup beyond lacing them to your preferred fit. Ensure the laces are evenly distributed and snug but not overly tight to allow for natural foot swelling during runs. The internal heel counter should naturally cradle your heel once laced properly.
Compatibility: These trainers are designed for road running on paved surfaces. They are compatible with most standard running socks. While they can handle light, well-maintained gravel paths, they are not recommended for technical trails.
Care:
- Cleaning: Use a soft brush or damp cloth to remove dirt and debris from the upper and sole. Avoid harsh detergents or washing machines, as this can damage the materials.
- Drying: Air dry the shoes away from direct heat sources like radiators or sunlight. Stuffing them with newspaper can help absorb moisture and maintain shape.
- Storage: Store in a cool, dry place when not in use. Avoid prolonged exposure to extreme temperatures.
